Cash
Cash is manually entered either as an individual premium (or claim) and matched automatically within preset tolerances. Partial and unallocated cash can be maintained in the ledger.

Allocation
Full allocation history, journalising and de-allocation (in open month) is available along with non-payment write-offs.

Ledger analysis
Balances and aged debt reports on-line include “as at”, currency and contact selection options.

Ledger exports
The capability to export to another corporate ledger is a feature of the system.
