Customer Service Centre
Sword Intech Customer Service Centre logs, tracks, reports on and facilitates resolution of any service issue. Calls are monitored pro-actively and customers informed accordingly of call status and progress to resolution.
Customers can address queries, requests or suspected faults with the Service Centre via UK free phone, Fax, E-mail or through direct access to the help desk system through the Internet.
